Ebbets Seattle Rainiers 1939 Cap
1939 marked the first full year of play for the Seattle Rainiers after Emile Sick purchased the Seattle Indians a year before and renamed them after his brewery. The “Suds”, as they were nicknamed, walked away with consecutive Pacific Coast League titles in 1939, 1940 and 1941. This Ebbets cap is a replication of their first victorious year. The cap has a 100% wool upper with horsehair buckram crown, satin taping and felt emblem.
